We collect only the email address provided at the time of purchase. This email is used exclusively to deliver your access credentials and provide support. We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment data, or browsing behavior.

Your email is used to: (1) send your access credentials after purchase; (2) respond to support requests; (3) communicate important changes to the service. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors (Cakto, Gumroad, Paddle) solely to complete your purchase transaction.

Your email and access credentials are stored for as long as your license is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting hello@poolmind8.com.

7. Device data
Our apps store a device identifier (UUID) locally on your device to manage the two-device limit per license. This identifier is generated by the app and stored only on your device — it is never transmitted to third parties.

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics. We use only essential technical storage required for the site to function.
9. Security
Access credentials are stored with row-level security controls. All communications between the app and our servers use HTTPS encryption.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
